Nokia has announced the new Nokia Lumia 1020 – a 41 megapixel camera phone with optical image stabilisation, Carl Zeiss f/2.2 lens, full HD video with stereo sound, a new Nokia Pro app to add manual controls, 4.5inch screen, Xenon flash, as well as a camera grip accessory (shown above).
